Tikki (Italian ReMix)

A Piece Of Delicacy!

Ingredients:

  • Potato(Boiled and Mashed)- 2 Nos.
  • Tomato- 2 Nos.
  • Bread(Sun Dried and Grind)- 1 cup
  • Onion- 2 Nos.
  • Garlic- 3-4 Nos.
  • Oregano- 1/2 tbsp.
  • Chilly Flakes- 1/2 tbsp.
  • Mint Leaves(Fresh/Dried)- 3 leaves/ 1/2 tbsp.
  • Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp.
  • Butter- 5 Spoon
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • First make a puree of Tomato, Onion and Garlic using grinder.
  • Add this to mashed potato.Add  Bread to this.
  • Add Oregano, chilly flakes,Mint,Lemon juice and salt.
  • Mix all properly and make 2 or 3 dough out of it.
  • Give them a Rectangular or Circular shape with a thickness of about 2 cm.(Basically, You have to give it a Shape of a Disk.) Here, we call 'em 'Tikki'.
  • Now, take a pan and apply a little butter on it, just to grease, and put it on FIRE!!
  • Try to fry the 'Tikki' on pan and use butter for it.
  • When you feel it has a lil' Brown and Bite'y Crust(Don't Burn it!); Use tissue to remove excess butter and extinguish the fire.
  • Serve the thing 'Tikki' with Mayo, Cheese or Sauce.
  • Now, Enjoy!

Experiment:

You can also use the 'Tikki' as a filling for Burger.
Its an Indian form of Veg. croquette, modified with Italian feel and spices.
You can use it later and store it for about 10 hours in Refrigerator. After that you have to bake it for 3-5 min and have to grease it with butter.

Coffee 2.0

Coffee + Bournvita!

Ingredients:

  • Cadbury Bournvita- 1 tbsp
  • Coffee- 1 tbsp
  • Sugar- 1 tbsp (recommended)
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Water(Boiled)- 1/2 cup

Method:


  • Add 1 tbsp of Cadbury Bournvita with 1 tbsp of Coffee(Not Beans!) in Half cup boiled water.
  • Add Sugar to taste,but not more than 2 tbsp
  • Now, Add, about 2 Cups of Milk.
  • Stir well till you get the froth.
  • Enjoy!

Experiment:

You can use any other type of Chocolate milk additive like from Hershey's or Cadbury Hot Choc. Also, you can add the Chocolate thing to the Pre-Posted Pan Coffee.You can dress it with cocoa powder and milk cream.

Bread Pizza

Tangy Morning Bite!!!

Ingredients:

  • Lite Olive Oil- 1-2 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomatoes- 2
  • Chopped Onion- 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chilly- 2
  • Chopped Basil Leaves- 4
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon,Mustard Seed and Nutmeg Powder
  • Sliced White Bread- 4 piece
  • Processed Cheese- 10g
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese- 25g
  • Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
  • Seedless Olives(Green+Black)- 5 piece each
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Take a Pan. Put Olive Oil and heat for 2-3 min.
  • Add Mustard Seed. When it begin to crackle add Onion.Fry till Onion get golden brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilly, tomatoes, ketchup and salt. Stir for 2 min.Your topping is ready.
  • Put the flame off.
  • Now,Take a bread and toast it slightly.
  • Spread processed cheese on it and apply topping(made above) on it.
  • Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Put half cut Olives on it.
  • Complete it with baking for 5 min at 180 degree preheated oven.
  • Take it out and cut it in 4.
  • Eat with Plum Chutney.
Experiment: Instead of Onion and Ginger garlic paste,you can use spring onion.(Don't dump it green springs). You can also eat it with Caramelize Orange.

Pan Coffe

Lets have some burning experience...!!!
No, not like that...
Ingredients:
•coffee-1 tbsp
•sugar- 1 tbsp (or according to  your taste)
•Milk-1cup
Method :
• Heat your non-stick pan at around 50°c, by preheating it for 2-3 min.
• Put sugar and coffee on it, along with 1 tbsp of milk.
• Heat for 5 min. till it smells like coffee.
• Put the mixture in your coffee cup.
• Add milk...
Enjoy your burned pan coffee...
You can also use some chocolate instead sugar,but beware to lessen the amount of coffee taken...!!!

Jalebi

Lets have some sweet...!!

Ingredients:

  • Maida(Very finely grounded flour) - 1 quarter plate
  • Curd - 3 tablespoons
  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Refined oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - to make the batter
  • Clarified butter - for frying
  • Almonds(silvered) - 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachios silvered - 1 teaspoon
  • saffron strands - 7-8

Method:

  • Take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and make a thick batter.
  • Heat clarified butter in another pan.
  • Take a bottle with a thin nozzle, fill in the prepared batter in it. Make roundels in shape of jalebies. You can too change its shape but it must be closed one.
  • Deep fry jalebies and soak in the sugar syrup.
  • Serve garnished with silvered almonds,pistachios and saffron strands.
For sugar syrup:
Ingredients:
  • Sugar - 1 small cup
  • Water - 1 cup
Method:
  • Take half cup of water in a pan.
  • Add the sugar into it and cook till it thickens and transforms into a one thread consistency.
Now, your Jalebies are ready to eat and serve.
You can also put un-soaked jalebies in sweet milk.
Enjoy it drastically...!!

Cinnamon Rolls

Ready for a new taste..???
Here we go....!!!

Ingredients:

  • Maida(Very finely grounded wheat flour) - 2 cups
  • white butter - 2 tablespoons
  • grounded sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoons
  • Sodium Bi Carbonate - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon Powder - 3 teaspoons

Method:

  • Mix maida , grounded sugar , baking powder , sodium bi carbonate and salt,and filter it through a sieve.
  • Add butter and mix it.
  • Make a hard dough by adding required amount of water in it.
  • Take out balls with already made dough with your hands.
  • Flatten every Ball.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder on it.And make rolls.
  • Cut out 1/2 inch thick swirls out of the rolls.
  • Take a greased baking tray and sprinkle cinnamon powder on it.
  • After that place the swirls on it and put it in a preheated oven for 20-25 min till it swells and turns brown slightly.
  • Take it out and put some butter on it.
  • 'Serve'.
Now your cinnamon rolls are ready to serve.
You can garnish it with some coriander or basil leaves finely chopped.
Also you can eat it with tomato ketchup or green chutney or with lime/mango pickle.
You can too change its shape.

Chilly Paneer

Hey..!! Try this Out..!!

Ingredients:

  • Cottage Cheese(Paneer)-100 gm
  • Chopped or Sliced Capsicum - 2 units
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 2 units
  • Chopped Onions - 2 units

Salt to taste:

  • Red chili powder -1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustered seeds - a pinch
  • Milk cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Oil - 11/2 tablespoons

Method:

  • Take a thick bottom pan and heat oil. And then add the mustered seeds.
  • Now add the chopped onions and saute' till the onions become golden brown in colour.
  • Next, add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 min.
  • Then,add salt,chilly powder,coriander powder and saute' for 5-7 min.Add capsicum and saute' again.(Note: capsicum should not be over cooked.)
  • Now finally, stir the milk cream.After that add the cottage cheese cubes.Mix well.

Ultimately your dish is ready to serve. Serve it hot with any type of butter cooked bread.
